i found the breakfast really good with a good selection of hot and cold items. the staff were helpful , providing quick responses. i also appreciated the golf course, well maintained. the hotel grounds were quite large.
The wi-fi was sometimes slow. This impacted my ability to stream videos in the evening.

The room was a good size. My Superior King or Twin Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the selection of teas provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed anything.
The bar service seemed slow sometimes. It took a while to get someone's attention. the bathroom lacked enough towel hooks. The lighting in the room was quite dim, especially in the evening.

the staff was friendly and efficient. the evening meal was very good and reasonably priced!!!
the room was boiling hot and i could not turn down the radiator. several fire extinguishers around the room corridors were out of date and had not been checked recently.

excellent rooms and venue
modern accommodation spacious bathroom comfortable bed clean bedding
i found the accommodation modern. i appreciated the spacious bathroom with the double shower. the bed was comfortable with clean bedding. the room in general was clean, though the carpet had stains in places.
my key card did not work a few times. i had to go back to reception each time to get in.

dinner was available. the breakfast offered both hot cooked items and continental options. fresh cappuccinos came from the coffee machine, it worked easily.

the staff were friendly. they checked the next room was clean before giving it to me. the team in the restaurant worked excellently at their jobs each night.
